Creating a revenue-driving strategy for an outdoor apparel brand

The Problem

Outdoor apparel brand Sendero Provisions Co. made a name for itself primarily by selling unique national park and outdoor-themed hats. With growing demand and new products on the way, Sendero wanted to develop strategies for acquiring and maintaining communication with customers.

What We Did

Sendero is currently going through the Embassy Brand Launchpad, our three-month accelerator that helps brands create short- and long-term strategies for increasing customer acquisition, strengthening brand loyalty, and growing sales. The Launchpad is focused on refining a brand’s identity and testing scalable campaigns that lead to tangible growth.

In addition to the Launchpad, we also produced a new product lookbook that fits the Sendero’s aesthetic, created a holiday email campaign, and designed social media advertisements.
